If you are a beginner investor, this group is for you. We are a small group of individuals and couples that share ideas about investing in commercial and residential real estate. Our goals may vary, however we hope to share our journey. Any personal information that is shared is held in the highest confidence. Each month, an individual member or couple will share on a specific topic. Contact between members throughout the month is encouraged. We'll even walk through a potential property with you and give you feed back.

Christi Hawkins is passionate about all things 'real estate'. She has over 25 years' experience as both a licensed realtor and a mortgage loan originator, Christi recently switched focus to the investing side of real estate and she is working on building her own port-folio.


Christi lives in Mount Vernon, Ohio with her significant other, David, on their 'hobby farm' where she loves to work and play in her garden.
